Villa Clodia
Villa Clodia was not born as a business project.
It began with an intuition, the courage to start over, and the desire to create a place capable of welcoming people at the most important moments of their lives.
It all started with Oretta. At fifty, she decided to build something entirely new, not simply a venue, but an elegant, welcoming, and deeply authentic home. A place with a personality of its own. Her vision has guided every decision since: the spaces, the furnishings, the kitchen, the way each guest is looked after from the moment they arrive.
Since 2004, our family has been organising weddings, events, and stays here, accompanying hundreds of people through some of the most significant moments of their lives. Over the years we have grown, expanded our team, and welcomed collaborators who share the same philosophy: warmth, attention to detail, and hospitality that is always sincere.
The Villa
There is a history here that goes back further than us.At the beginning of the twentieth century, the land on which Villa Clodia stands belonged to a single local family. A father divided it between his two daughters, who each built their own home on their share of the land. Two sister villas, still joined today by an ancient stone wall.For decades, the two properties lived separate lives. Now, they are one again.With the acquisition of the adjacent villa, we have reunited the original estate — two historic homes, one garden, one wall that was always meant to enclose a single place.More than an expansion. A return to origins.
